Eh, that's a little harsh on goalies. I think taking a goalie in the second round is usually a fine gamble. Carter Hart is a good example of this.

I don't think that was a Horn of Doom one. I think play stopped in a natural fashion and they took a look at it after the whistle.

Almost but not exactly the same. On that one they blew the horn to signal the review after the whistle, but had play continued it would have sounded to stop play.
