WJC Day 2: SWE vs CZE (12pm MT), GER vs CAN (4pm MT), USA vs AUT (7:30pm MT)
Group B SWE vs CZE - 12pm MT
Sweden looks to keep its long round robin undefeated streak intact. It will be tough considering they had to miss their warmup game due to COVID. CZE forward Adam Raska has been suspended for this game due to a boarding incident yesterday.
Group A GER vs CAN - 4pm MT
Germany still down to 5 d-men and 9 forwards. Stutzle was good yesterday, but he played 26 minutes. Shutdown Stutzle and you probably win this game easily. With Dach out, Canada expected to run with these lines:
Holloway-Newhook-Cozens
Perfetti-McMichael-Krebs
Pelletier-Byfield-Mercer
Zary-Suzuki-Tomasino
Quinn
Flames Prospects
#9 Canada - Zary
#12 Canada - Pelletier
Group B USA vs AUT - 7:30pm MT
Should be an easy win for USA. Before last night's game this would have been Wolf's start, but likely the USA gives it to Knight again to try and get him going after a shaky performance and getting pulleed.

NEWS: Dustin Wolf will start in goal for @usahockey against Austria tonight, Nate Leaman just announced. Wolf was slated to start the second game before the tournament began, and Leaman has decided to stay with the original plan.

The net was always Wolf's. That Knight guy was just a delay of the inevitable. How many times have we seen the highly touted guy that was gifted the starting role drop the ball and the underrated backup take the job and run with it.
