I really have no idea how he keeps a job. There are a couple managers in the PL that have to be done any day now, but he's top of the list. I would say that Arteta is there, but he fluked into the FA Cup, so that will buy him some time.
If they lose to Burnley this weekend, this could be a very entertaining December. I mean AFTV was rather enjoyable this past weekend, but have a look at this run:
Burnley
Southampton
Everton
City (League Cup)
Chelsea
Brighton
West Brom
That takes them to January 2nd. So realistically, who do they beat? I think Brighton might be the one I'd put money on them winning. You know Burnley is setup to play for 0-0 or maybe a robbery 1-0 win. Southampton is a decent side, Everton will win and they're not beating Chelsea or City? Then you have WBA who will setup the same as Burnley and to me that is just not a good matchup.

Fergie bought Lindegaard for just this scenario. Indeed, Henderson should start.
I love OGS, he's been one of the best servants the club has ever had, but we're reached his ceiling. I dont' want him dispatched though. Could he work with Poch? Director? OGS, is batting about .800 on his acquisitions.

Being generous, this has been a dreadful match so far.

I can accept a poorly played game, it happens, but both teams gave a really #### effort outside a few players. Should have let the reserves play.

You'd have thought that after crashing out of the CL they'd have given a better effort.

yeah, but the matchplan was clearly "just don't lose". Same for City, Pep talking at length about how happy he is with the point. Two teams that didn't want to lose and therefore didn't risk anything, makes for an extremely boring game.

You're absolutely right but...that says a lot about the state of Manchester. In a derby against their hated rivals and there was....nothing.
No emotion or urgency or leadership of any kind. It was resigned.

What was that old Leicester saying?
"75% of the world is covered by Water, the rest is covered by N'Golo Kante!"
That guy is such a great player. I love watching him.

Have any of the "big" premier games been watchable this year? I can't remember any being interesting so far.

Get those original comments in while you can I suppose. I’d be willing to bet that we win something this year.
Enjoy the relegation battle that’s hopefully looming though. Maybe you guys can call up Big Sam?

You really have no idea? Why is that? You care to elaborate why you feel he should be done by now and top of the list?
You basing this confusion solely over his CL exit? Or what else?

Candidly, I have to imagine as a neutral, Spurs - United was.

I’m certainly not alone in this thought. You guys (United supporters on CP) regularly post how mind-blowing it is that he’s lined the club up in whatever way, that you can’t believe that one guy is playing over another and that sort of thing. I haven’t looked back, but maybe you yourself have posted things like that? It’s been a good run for him, in all honesty, but he’s maxed out. I can’t see United winning the league or CL under his management, and maybe this is where things get dicey. It doesn’t matter to the board whether they win things, because they’re the biggest, richest club in the world. But it matters to supporters.
I remember a few years ago when you were taking shots at Spurs because we had no ambition and we were aiming for top four instead of trying to win. Well, that’s exactly where United is today with Ole. They have a squad and fans know that with a proper manager that squad could challenge for things.
Anyway, that’s my general thought.

So transparent. Palace goes down the wings and Zaha falls down to get a foul over and over. Eventually they get a goal from this.

I mean when you try and park the bus for more than an hour to see out a 1 goal lead, you always deserve to drop points. Of course as soon as Palace scored and Spurs tried attacking again they dominated. Perhaps consider that more often?
