Old man yelling at clouds in the middle of the night.

I know it’s because of traffic and money, but if Twitter has to put disclaimers on almost every one of his tweets now saying they’re lies and he’s not an official source maybe it’s time to cut bait? Let him go to the echo chamber on parler or something.

I love that Parler (par-ler) is a mispronunciation of the French parler (par-lay) meaning to speak. Suitably redneck.

For a group of people who have spent the past 4 years yelling at everyone to get over the fact that Trump won, you'd think they'd long be over the fact she lost and hasn't held any sort of office since 2013.

Not holding office hasn't stopped her from being the kingpin of the world's biggest and most insidious child trafficking/adrenochrome harvesting cabal!!!

#unfollowTrump

I don't have, need, or want a social media presence, but it's time for people to stop following him. He's adding no value to anything and should be treated as irrelevant as he should become. Obviously, he'll have millions of followers no matter what, but a drop in millions of followers will send a message.

@unfollowtrump gets all of the idiot’s tweets without adding followers and fuelling his ego.

I would be pretty surprised if anyone on here actually follows Trump on twitter.

I used to until a couple years ago. I had enough, even if it was a car wreck. The problem is his stuff gets replied to by so many other people, and not just political related posters. It’s hard to get away from.

Can Twitter lay down the banhammer after jan.20 if he continues down his misinformation tirade?

Surely they'll want want a longer term solution to monitoring/babysitting his account daily.

I guess the important question here is does the Secret Service and military personnel think the election results are legitimate?

If they do, then there is no harm done, and he'll be removed one way or the other Jan 20.

If they don't, then who the hell knows what would happen when Biden shows up to be sworn in.

So Trump and Pompeo have been blocking Biden from receiving intelligence reports but Harris is on the Senate Intelligence committee and receives the daily reports. I suppose this is better than neither of them getting these reports.

While I'm sure many military members voted for Trump, I seriously doubt we'll have to worry about them accepting the results. Whether he likes it or not, Trump is gone as of Jan. 20th.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley made clear his dedication to the constitution at an event Wednesday while standing beside the newly installed acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller.

"We are unique among militaries. We do not take an oath to a king or a queen, a tyrant or a dictator. We do not take an oath to an individual. No, we do not take an oath to a country, a tribe or religion. We take an oath to the Constitution. And every soldier that is represented in this museum, every sailor, airman, Marine, Coast Guardsman, each of us will protect and defend that document, regardless of personal price," Milley said during remarks at the opening of the US Army's museum.

While Milley routinely references the military's oath to uphold the Constitution, he chose to reinforce that message during his first public remarks following the major shakeup of the Pentagon's senior civilian leadership.

^ My neighbor is an ex-marine pilot and still has a lot of ties to military people. He tells me that there is a political split between the officer class and enlisted men in terms of what party they vote for, but more importantly, how much they believe in Trump. He's said that the officers are mostly anti-Trump, but the enlisted men lean more towards his camp. The good news is that the officers control the enlisted men and give them orders, and I doubt they have an overwhelming majority in the enlisted ranks that would consider going against orders.

It's a scenario I just don't see happening. The military doesn't seem to like Trump very much overall. Just look at the overseas ballot percentage for evidence of that.

And the slow death of Trump's legal challenges continues...

https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...lgHXOk2oEpAnQM

Quote:
President Trump’s campaign on Sunday scrapped a major part of its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.

Trump’s attorneys filed a revised version of the lawsuit, removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted.
Quote:
Trump’s pared-down lawsuit now focuses on allegations that Republicans were illegally disadvantaged because some Democratic-leaning counties allowed voters to fix errors on their mail ballots. Counties have said this affected only a small number of votes.

Cliff Levine, an attorney representing the Democratic Party in the case, said on Sunday evening that Trump’s move meant his lawsuit could not possibly change the result.

“Now you’re only talking about a handful of ballots,” Levine said. “They would have absolutely no impact on the total count or on Joe Biden’s win over Donald Trump.”

In its revised lawsuit, the Trump campaign again asked U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann to block the certification of Pennsylvania’s election results. But a secondary request to block the certification of all votes where observer access was allegedly restricted was deleted in the amended suit.

Does Trump even have the money to launch all these legal challenges?

I'm still surprised that Trump continues to use Twitter

He's a little more off his meds than usual the past 24 hours.

Trump still has over 73 million votes. 73 million people voted for this person to be President again.
