Tee shot came up short rolled back in water. 3rd shot from penalty area did the same thing. 5 went in the bunker. 6 out of the bunker into the water. So he's hitting 8 after that to finish with 10. Damn near made a 3 on 13 to follow that up.

DJ looks like he has really calmed down, and why not. No one really made him pay for those two boogeys.

Not in his group. Cam Smith has made up 2 shots on the front 9 which paces to get him even to Johnson. Smith likely wishes he could have made a 4 on 8 to make it a one shot gap. But a 35 on the front is not a bad score so Johnson did make those bogeys but also made 3 birdies including getting to 8 in 2. He's not playing like a coward....he went at the hole on 6 and went after 8.

Wind is coming up so that might make a blow up possible on the back. But as it stands Smith is the only guy with a shot and he'll need to get home in 31 or 32to force a tie unless Johnson falters.

The wind has really picked up, lets see if that causes a little drama on the back nine.

I wonder how DeChambeau feels about 63 year old Bernard Langer finishing in front of him. Langer hits 5 irons when Bryson is hitting a wedge.

Good for Tiger getting all those birdies.

Yeah 5 of the last 6 holes so it shows that you can make a move at the end. But this first group didn't get it done on 13. Really not looking like anyone within 5 shots is going to make a move.

Even with a really crappy slate on NFL games right now this is still way more boring. Really too bad no one with any pedigree made the final group, Dustin was primed to choke but with no actual pressure from his group or the crowd it's turned into a walk for him.

Bernard Langer finishing ahead of Bryson DeChambeau is a fine outcome.

Connors is in tied for 9th. If that holds up a top 10 by a Canadian is a decent result.

Well Johnson is at -20 now and 5 shots up. 3 consecutive birdies here to expand his lead. I think he deserves some credit for his play this week.

I imagine the record of guys who've shot 65 twice in the same major is pretty good. And it is pretty funny he basically did what Bryson said he was going to do.

He'll get lots of credit from me if I win my pool.

Qualifies him into the next Masters as well.

Well much like the US Open, very little drama in that final round. Tiger playing final six holes in 5 under after carding a 10 is incredible.

Good on DJ, very deserving champion.

Boring final round after a quite enjoyable first 2.5 rounds

Thank god we don't have that long to wait for the next (and even shorter for some decent tourneys)

I think the next Masters will finally be Rory's victory. Rory is always in the hunt but I have a feeling he will be ready for the Green Jacket next time.

Nah. Tigers for sure.

Only once has the previous winner gotten a 10 on number 12 after winning the masters the previous year. They then came back the following year to win again (Bubba).
