^ I've seen Mooch in at least a dozen interviews since his time as communications director. He comes across as smart, able, balanced, and incredibly genuine. He's one of the few who used Trump to his advantage, turning a 2 week stint into a strong political pundit career. I wouldn't be shocked to see him hold a high elected office at some point.
I know, surprised me too.

It's incredibly interesting to see the people that Fox News helped give power and legitimacy to by being their mainstream voice, have now turned on them. There are still some on the network who are steadfast in their support of Trump, such as Hannity and Carlson, but also a number of personalities who have started to question Trump's attempts, so it will be interesting to see if any direction from the top of the network pushes a directive down to its producers. Their creations are eating their creators!

It's amazing how much these Trump sycophants continue to embarrass themselves by spewing this nonsense. I know they're paid good money to do it, but holy crap, they must hate their jobs. I'm guessing none of these people actually believe what they're saying.
Bill Maher had one of Trump's campaign lawyers on the other night, and my god it was painful. Everything out of her mouth was just non-stop lies and insane bulls***.

To me it still seems like they are on the same side just arguing over each other about the exact same things until she lumps them in with the rest of the media then s### gets real
Agree with this take below that the impacts of what Trump has stirred up with the Stop the Steal movement will last beyond his time with his supporters feeling wounded and cheated, thirsty for vengeance.

What's sad is that Trump could easily save face put an end to all of this insanity by conceding to Biden like he's supposed to, admitting to the nation that he lost fair and square, and thanking his supporters...you know, like a normal human being. That would easily earn him some good will despite all the insane crap he's done over the last 4 years, and would certainly calm the waters a bit.
CBC interviewed a couple of the MAGA clowns at that rally yesterday, and shockingly they said that if Trump conceded, they'd actually stand down and accept it. I was amazed.
Unfortunately Trump is just too pathetic and narcissistic, and is completely incapable of doing anything remotely like that. I believe he'll eventually acknowledge that Biden won and will leave the WH peacefully, but after he's gone he'll continue to pout about it like a 3-year old and claim that it was rigged, etc..

He's going to write a book for sure now, to kill Obama's book.

He's not going to acknowledge Biden won. He'll use some weasel words to make it sound like he is the bigger man stepping aside, but he will never admit defeat.

I doubt he really thinks he can hold on to power. Right now, it is all about making Biden's job as hard as possible. He wants to cause division and impede the transition so that hopefully Biden struggles. Then Trump can claim he was better, and so on.
The president is the biggest national security risk in the U.S. at this time and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

His GOP enablers could certainly do something about it, but they're too chickens*** and they don't wanna upset the MAGA cult before the Georgia runoffs.

I needed a good laugh. Thanks for that clip.
He was asking a simple, honest one to one question. Amazing how she continually disregards it and comes back with the same vague rhetoric of "legal avenues" and immediately lumps him in with democratic hoaxers.
These people really can't hear themselves talk can they. They're just broken records at this point.
I think i finally understand what Jay Feaster always meant by the term intellectual honesty. And it's something that escapes Trump's people entirely. They plug their ears and just live in their own reality.

It certainly will be interesting. They're in an interesting position with regards to how their relationship with their market is changing.

My guess is they end up being the Conservative network for Never Trumper Republicans after all this is done, while the Trump supporters move to OAN and News Max.
