Yeah totally self-inflicted on those last two holes, 30 feet for bird and middle of the fairway on 15 and ends up +2.

Final round Sunday concludes at 1pm our time... does the NFL really hold that much clout, or is it just allowing for a potential playoff with reduced daylight hours? Maybe both.
And I had no idea this new always interrupting commentator was Michelle Wie.

Yeah cut is not going to be 4 under. Maybe 1 under?
Rory almost shoots himself out of the tournament on the back nine of round 1, but on fire in round 2. Probably still too far back as he will need to finish off this round and go low both days on the weekend.

The NFL does hold that much clout, unless Tiger is in the mix on Sunday NFL will outrate the Masters five fold, at least.

Even if it's Eagles-Giants?

If we're having a Sunday duel between Paul Casey and Abraham Ancer, I'd say five fold is on the very low end.

TV is on in the background while I WFH. It's enjoyable how many times I heave heard 'fore' being yelled this morning. Makes me feel a little better knowing I am not the only one who cannot hit a straight drive.

They're pretty comparable when not running against each other.
https://www.sportsmediawatch.com/maj...p-tiger-woods/
10-14 million viewers is about average for Sunday Masters coverage.
CBS Sunday games average a little below that, but can get above 20 when they have a big, national game.
NFL contracts all their broadcasters to not counter program. I guess they worked out some compromise to have the Masters go halfway into the first Sunday games.

Yeah, but that's when the Masters has to compete against really nothing in April. Unless Tiger is in contention I suspect we're looking at historic lows this year.

With the amount of people who have started playing golf this year (or greatly increased their playing), I think they'll have good ratings.

NFL also moved more games to the afternoon slate this week. I think there is 5 morning games and 6 afternoon.

Nick Taylor bogeyed the last to finish E (144), that will probably cost him. -1 would have still had a chance.

On the Masters web site they have the projected cut at E.
Conners right now is -1, Weir and Taylor at E, Hadwin at +1.

Can't see the Es making it. -1 might be ok as the day progresses.

I bet par makes the cut. Weir won’t be close unfortunately.

Now I feel better about my struggles to find errant shots. Take away a gallery of people to hit and help you find the ball and it's not so easy!

I'm cheering for Pan and Janewattananond I should put a few $ on it, they're still over 100-1.

CBS has a killer schedule Saturday. Masters in the day leading into LSU-Alabama for prime time. (I know LSU is bad this year). Football game has been cancelled.
ESPN College game day is (was?) going to broadcast from Augusta this year too which is kinda cool.

The lack of crowds is hurting the atmosphere big time. I think the action has so far been a bit underwhelming.
