Not sure if this was shared but someone built a little site for the battleground states to view the batches coming in and the vote ratio for each. Updates and refreshes every 5 minutes.
Think about the past 4+ years. Think about how grotesque the man in office has acted towards fellow Americans, some war heroes, like John McCain. This speech feels like it was 50 years ago, but it was only 12. It's really incredible to see how far that country has fallen. Hopefully after this election they can get back to stuff like this.
...Biden’s strengthening position in Pennsylvania isn’t powered by Philadelphia; while the timing of vote counting — dictated by the state’s Republican legislators — has put Philadelphia in the position to potentially put Biden ahead of Trump, Biden’s strong performance relative to Clinton is actually driven by other parts of the state.
Awesome to see GA turn light blue. We should have a network bold enough to call this thing for Biden by day's end, though the vote counting down south will continue for another week.
The more interesting development now may be in the GA senate races, where both seats may go to a runoff vote in January. Deflated Republican enthusiasm, along with Trump abandoning the GOP in the interim, could lead to a 50/50 senate, with Kamala holding the tiebreaking vote.
That is, unless my tired brain has misunderstood something.

From what I can see, the ability to call it by the end of today lands squarely on PA, and how quickly votes get counted particularly in Allegheny. While it's nice to see him pull ahead in GA it's not going to be useful for the purpose of calling anything definitive for quite a while.
"More than 20k" Philly votes coming in 10-15 minutes, whether or not that's enough to wash out the 18k Trump lead depends on how far north of 20k it is. 50k Philly votes total.

It depends for GA. All overseas absentee ballots have to be in today (and postmarked by Tuesday). All domestic absentee ballots had to be in by Election Day. I believe there are just shy of 9000 oversea ballots not returned yet and we could know tonight how many of those were returned and get a firm number of what needs to be counted. So it is possible a call can be made tonight. You wouldn’t expect a bunch of ballots to arrive at the last second.
Not sure how much polls mean in this case at all but the polls on active duty military are pretty close to 50:50 splits and they are usually a minority of overseas ballot if I read correctly. I also think that non-military overseas ballots would go more towards Biden but that’s a hunch.
I get that, but they're going to recount the hell out of GA. If PA runs up a 60k lead, that's a more sure thing... not to mention you can't make a victory call hinging only on GA.

Someone should publicly and officially ask the Trump campaign if they want the late arriving military votes counted in Georgia.
