Some of the people involved with the Lincoln Project were the same people involved in the character assassination of Hillary Clinton and the attempted character assassination of Obama. John McCain even refused to air some of the ads created by these people to destroy Obama because he thought they were too much.
It's been a good ride, but it will suck once they go back to hating Democrats more than Trump.
Of course, there will still be a lot of Trump-like Republicans in the party, so they still have a lot of internal tearing down to do before they can worry too much about the Democrats. It won't take much to have another person like Trump running in 2024 if they focus too hard on the Democrats over the next 4 years.

Someone else mentioned it, but the mail has been slow and they are giving it until Nov. 12th for all mail ballots to arrive and be counted (as long as they were post marked Nov.3rd or earlier).
I was suspicious at first, but this is the right thing to do no matter how it swings the state.

My wife says he was the garbage man collecting garbage, but can he prove that? Could he have been part of a city wife ballot harvesting scheme? Can he prove he wasn’t?
I’m just asking questions here.

You have a City Wife and I presume a Country wife? Cool. Iowa may be better than I thought. Or much, much worse too I guess.

That's not what I said. There has been this campaign-long infatuation with the never-Trumper Republicans as if they had some "come to Jesus" moment and learned their lesson. They didn't. This was as much about rehabilitating their image and hedging their bets as it was with ousting Trump.

Yeah, and I think that if this election has proved anything, it's that that they still have their work cut out for them just to take the party back from Trumpism, let alone turning their attention to attacking Democrats. Assuming Biden wins here, I think there'll be an ugly civil war for the heart of the Republican Party, between the Trump wing and the Neo-Con wing.

I read somewhere that Pennsylvania is going to announce most of its mail ballots in a single batch. No idea if that’s true and the source wasn’t such that I’d want to rely on it too heavily..... but if so it might account for why the numbers are not really moving at all—we are getting small batches of mail in vote but I’m not sure we are getting much yet from Allegheny or the 4 Philly and metro area counties.
If they drop one giant batch of ballots that nets 300K for Biden, Trump and the conspiracy whack jobs are going to .... Lose. Their. Minds.

Do we drop the ballots off directly at Chicken On the Way, or can we just mail them in?

The only thing pending until then are ballots that hadn't yet been delivered up to that point. Hard to imagine that is a significant number. they will be at 98 or 99% in the next day or two.

Today is garbage day here. My wife wasn't here when I woke up. Has she been harvested? Should I be worried? Or should I just enjoy the silence?

But the point remains: was that ever really in question?
Like I get what you're saying, I guess. But when you say "lol at the liberals who..." I honestly can't pinpoint a real world example of who you're talking about. Maybe they exist? I guess? But what does that matter here?

Taking a well deserved victory lap over people that may or may not exist, and certainly aren't apparent here.

I have been tracking the PA votes coming in for the last day or so. Over that time, 118,305 votes have been counted. Of those, 93,503 have gone to Biden and 24,802 went to Trump. That is 79%
He now trails by 114,042 and there are about 645k more ballots. He needs 59% going forward.

The moment when you finally get to the last post in the thread, after waking up six pages behind, and you’re thinking “well that sucks, now what do I do?”
Kinda like getting to the end of a season finale and realizing you have to wait another 8 months to find out if the guy you really hate is actually dead or not.
