If there are 60,000 votes left, and 17,000 of them are still in Fulton, which will be 75% to 80% Biden, that would erase more or less all of the remaining Trump lead. Of course, this requires that you trust this reporter's math, but there it is.

They allow all mail in ballots received by then to be counted, and they don’t count any of them until then.

Which he absolutely will, if the NYT numbers on outstanding vote are to be believed. Just Clayton County alone would get him there.
The main thing is we're aggregating data from a bunch of different sources and none of them are the official Georgia state reporting site. So I don't want to get carried away with it.

They explained why it takes so long last night on CNN. Basically there’s two sealed envelopes that contain each ballot then you need the machine to work the ballot so all in all- pretty time consuming basically.

House remains Democrat, but Republicans flip about 5 seats.
Senate is going to wind up being decided by two run-off elections in Georgia. Those will probably go to the Republicans, so the Senate will probably remain in GOP hands.

In normal politics, a Dem House, GOP Senate, and Dem President could in theory work together and pass compromise bills and bi-partisan legislation. Moscow Mitch has made it clear going back to Obama's presidency that a Republican-controlled senate will be 100% obstructionist and pass nothing the Dems want.
So the most likely scenario is both the pandemic and recession worsen due to Republican senate intransigence, the American electorate erroneously blames "do nothing" Biden, and the GOP wins back control of the House in the 2022 midterms. It's all so sad and predictable.
