I’m still not sure why Trump is suing. If he was suing against ballots being cast past Election Day I would understand it, but as far as I can tell all the ballots being counted still are legitimate and were cast in time.
What’s his angle? Ballot-stuffing by the Dems? It’s just bizarre. You (probably) lost the election dude. Concede and try again in 4 years.

Pennsylvania reported another batch. The Trump lead is now down to 292,414.
I see Nate Cohn predicting that ultimately Biden will end up leading there by 100,000 votes or so but that lead just doesn't seem to be evaporating quickly enough for that to be the case. I guess there are still 700,000 votes or so to be counted, but if you assume that Biden wins 70% of them, that would only make up 280,000 of the lead. And 70% seems pretty optimistic. I'm wondering what I'm missing.

Was there a moment in time where Trump was winning enough states to get to 270? Is that the moment he is suing to stop votes from being counted. If he stops all counting now, then it's over and he loses.

They likely don’t have all the ballots yet pending the outcome of the post office case. They are a postmarked by Election Day and arrive within x days state so there could be a large number still coming.
