If you can vote for a guy like Trump (corrupt, racist, fascist, narcissist) just to get lower taxes then you are deplorable in my book. How can you ignore all of the awful things he does, and is?
Take a cue from the Lincoln Project and get rid of Trump and work on making the next Republican candidate a decent person who wants lower taxes and I might respect you. Until then, I say #### all Trump supporters.

Changing rules after voting has already begun. Nothing to see here. I’m sure Republicans aren’t doing this just because it benefits them.

Really? Four more years of trump versus four years of Biden is ‘it really doesn’t matter’ ? Please elaborate I’m intrigued to see your reasoning.

Yup. Sends the wrong message to the kids.
Whatever you think he does for the country's economy (which is HIGHLY debatable in itself), surely that's not worth the cost of creating an environment of tolerance for racism and other divisive attitudes for the next generation. Not only that, but this ongoing display of a lack of integrity and petty behavior from people in positions of leadership is also sending the wrong message. Children are watching this idiot on TV knowing he's the president of the US and seeing his behavior, openly putting labels on groups at debates and encouraging "lock them up" chants. That's not the kind of role model you want these impressionable kids in the next generation growing up with.
Even the wealthy, who him and his cronies probably do benefit have to recognise this too. It's about good principles and values in society continuing to be upheld, which is what allows a free democracy to run its best because people are working together instead of building up their fences.

No you have a horrendous, incompetent choice vs someone who isn’t ideal but experienced and qualified. Same as last time. The same mistake can’t be made to simply say two ####ty choices like they are equivalent.
Hopefully the GOP hasn’t been given enough time to completely ruin what threads of democracy still existed in 2016.

POTUS has limited power, the real power comes from the lobbyists in DC. Trump's term is over, and people think he's Hitler, when all he did was cut taxes, kind of build a wall (to energize his base), and bully the Fed to cut rates to juice the stock market. The antagonism with China has been a long time coming, this was unavoidable. Sure, Trump tweets a lot of dumb ####, but the truth us the USA has been self-isolating for a while and he may have only accelerated what would've been to come.

You've got one that is a seasoned politician and one that's a primadonna reality TV star working in the wrong field.
The choice is really quite ####ing simple.

Banned transgender from the military, enriched his own business, ignored a pandemic resulting in 10s of 1000s of extra deaths, legitimized white supremists...
Do I really need to go on?

If you think ‘that’s all he’s done’ you have the blinders up in full force. Agree to disagree I guess; trump has been a disease on American politics and it’s been astonishing to watch the past 4 years. If it really doesn’t matter to you then why not Biden when your alternative is Trump? It’s a terrible argument that only continues to outline just how unfit for the position Trump is.

I agree Trump is a disease... but it didn't start with him. Both parties are beyond cancer. Biden is no Saint.

It doesn't matter whether this is the last democratic vote you ever get in your life?

Biden is no saint based on...?? His short comings are very much like most politicians short comings... the same argument between the alternatives of Trump/Hilary remain yet again with Trump/Biden. The question is if America wants to get off the funhouse ride or maybe more appropriately if Trump and is proverbial swamp that he’s amassed will allow America to get of the funhouse ride. You do need government like it or lump it; you need a democratic process with decorum and standards and trump is taking a flame thrower to these very things. It’s alarming that those arguing for Trump are leaning back on a well Biden is no saint angle... really?? Biden is a good man to be sure but is a god damn Saint in comparison to Trump and that isn’t untrue.

Republicans trying their best to stop fellow Americans votes from counting because they’re most likely not Republican is ‘interesting’?

No its not, you say the POTUS has little power, but Trump has shifted that balance entirely, ordering the AG to arrest people, smashing through all of the checks and balances, this vote is literally the one that either confirms that or stops it, if Trump is reelected he will have the full weight of the Justice department to do his bidding, the Supreme Court and any other levers of Government he wishes to use, all the checks and balances which it turns out were mostly just convention, not law, will be gone and he will be a full on thrid world President locking them up at will, that is the end of democracy.
Oh there will still be elections, Don Jr will get 80% of the vote, then Ivanka will get 95% sometime in the 2040's when Jr strokes out
