Metcalf an absolute beast. Makes up 20 yards on Baker in 90 yards. Arizona gets no points instead of a sure 7 after getting stopped on 4th down.

That was ridiculous. I assumed it would be academic but then Murray somehow didn't run it in, and then they made an asinine decision on 4th down. I like being aggressive on 4th down, but with 4 yards to go in the first half, I think you take the points.

That's actually closer than it was, I think it opened at 22.5.

It actually kind of scares me that there are humans as big as Metcalf that have that kind of speed.

A propos of nothing except that Seattle is playing, today I learned that Chris Carson is the cheapest athlete in professional sports.
Quote:
Once the car deal expired, Carson reluctantly bought a $39,000 jeep. “That hit my pockets kind of big,” he told KIRO-AM radio. “I was not happy about having to buy that.” To this day, if you’d like a ride from Carson, you better have gas money. “It’s only like $2.40, so I want to make sure I get that $2.40 out of you,” he said.

Carson doesn’t pay for his own Netflix, Hulu or any other service. He only flies first class if the team foots the bill. He escaped the dreaded rookie dinner in 2017 but once had to spend $290 on Chick-fil-A for the offensive line. “That hurt me,” said Carson, who mostly eats at the Seahawks’ facility because “the food is free.”

Well he is taking care of his Chicken. But as a NFL running back these habits are forgivable. In 3 years if he's out of the league and making an assistant position coach salary he won't need to adjust his living habits. Might regret buying a Jeep instead of a Toyota....

Three illegal hits on three consecutive plays by the Cardinals, the last on Wilson. Why is it always the Seahawks who get screwed like this?

They never call FA against Wilson. It’s a thing.

Both his INTs tonight have been shortly after hits to the head.

The closest ref to the play called it a TD, how do they overrule him?

It's honestly unbelievable how bad they are. The guy looking right at it called it a touchdown, and if it is called that it gets reviewed anyway. How utterly biased do you have to be to overrule that to force Carrol to decide to throw a challenge flag? ####ing absurd.

At live speed I didn't think he could have kept his feet in, but amazingly he did. Quite a throw and catch that probably won the game.

It's not just this game, this crew has made some questionable calls in other games I have seen them.

Wow. I certainly can't complain about that call, they got that one right... that's just absolute idiocy from Mayowa.
