I can see it. You have to refresh the page to see it, the first time you post it it won't show the embedded tweet if you use the quick reply box.

Yeah in a URL, anything after a ? in a URL is extra info for the request to the web server. For tweets the important part is the number, everything after a ? and including the ? can be disregarded.
