Milos ousts Aljaž Bedene in straight sets 6-3 7=6(4) earlier today at the European Open tourney in Antwerp. He gets Cam Norrie next.
/Felix is in action later today in Germany taking on Egor Gerisamov

Felix was one service hold away from being eliminated by Gerasimov, but a shaky service game resulted in a second set tie-breaker which Felix won 7-2. We need a 3rd set.

I've seen Gerasimov enough to say that choking is not exactly a foreign thing to him (even if his redline level can be pretty good at times).

Felix with a tough service hold followed by a break of Gerisamov. This has certainly been a tough match for FAA, I hope he can pull this one out.
Edit: Felix unable to consolidate the break.

Man, happy Felix pulled that one out because he's already battling some demons upstairs with that 0-6 record in finals (0-12 as far as sets are concerned).

Yes indeed. And he's got either Struff or Nishioka next. Not sure who I'd rather have FAA face. Probably prefer he face Struff because although his peak is better than Nishioka his base level game and his worst level game is also way worse too.

I think Struff for sure because for some reason Nishioka has his number.

Up next for Milos on Friday is Grigor Dimitrov after a straight sets win over Cam Norrie earlier today (7-5 7-6).
/Shapo is on court as I type taking on Gilles Simon.

Well, that was some pretty ugly tennis from Denis in that first set. Double faults galore and just lackluster play as Simon takes the opening set 6-1

Shapo up a break early in set 2.
Edit: That didn't last long as Simon breaks right back.
Edit 2: Three consecutive breaks. Not the highest quality of tennis at the moment.

Shapo forces a third set as he wins set 2 6-4. Playing significantly better in the last 15 minutes or so, double digits in double faults however.

Simon races out to a 3-0 lead in set 3 (up a single break).
