Anyone know the other Canadian clubs forums similar to CP? I'd like to read a little on the Sens and how they feel about their offseason as well as some of the other clubs as well as laugh at the optimism in Edmonton for instance.

You can always try HFBoards. It’s usually good for a laugh. There’s forums for each team.

There is nothing like CP out there. This has to be one of the most active and vibrant hockey forums with lots of other important forums mixed in. It's also well moderated and has a fairly high quality of post compared to other internet forums.

This place is special.

Yeah I'm in a lot of other forums from cars to other sports teams and this is the best forum for one stop shopping as there's a lot of topical variety.

Yep I kind of use it as my starting point for hockey news and Canadian\world news because here in China CP is not blocked so I don't need to log into a VPN.

For other team forums I don't know of any. The hfForum for Leafs is just brutal and I think the majority don't even like the Leafs. Leafs have quite a big fan base and I've never come across anything like this.

For a general hockey forum I sometimes read the somethingawful forum. It's pretty funny and people don't take things too seriously. Other than that...Nothing.

HF is a really young userbase and the trolling and quality of posts is reflective of that. Very poor community there.
Reddit and subreddits can be alright, the quality seems to change on a team by team basis

I remember going on to a San Jose Sharks forum years ago during a playoff series against them. I recall they actually had some pretty decent and knowledgeable fans on there.

Cant for the life of me remember what it was called though.

Reddit can be decent depending on the team

The Calgary Flames subreddit might be the worst of the 32
