Lattimore going over a cliff in a contract year isn't ideal for him

Lattimore, just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber... you go and do something like this.
W. Ugly as hell, but happy for the old man on his probable final MNF, against his old team

Chargers kinda sum up the NFL this year, could just as easily be 5-0 right now as 0-5.

Also, Payton needs to really cut the #### with pulling Brees for Taysom for some gadget BS when Brees is dialed in. Ridiculous

that loss was so Chargers. I guess you can take Rivers out of the Chargers, but you can't take the Chargers out of the Chargers.
Herbert looks really good though.

I cant even think back to when the Chargers didn't lose games like this (Marlon Mcree). At least there is hope at QB. Bosa is a good player but I think is overrated, his brother is a better player I feel

I think defenses are now prepared to face Hill as this season he looks far less effective.

Agreed, they've noticed Hill holds onto it and runs 90% of the time. Brees being locked in on a solid drive, only to yank him for a gadget play that completely kills all the momentum of the drive is so frustrating. Classic Payton over-cuteness

I don't think theres even a question if he's going to run or pass.
Over the last 3 years, he's attempted 15 passes and 77 rushes as a QB.
If you have a D that can stop run then these "gadget" plays are going to blow up in your face since its basically a running play.
For Saints, you have one of the best playmakers in the league in Kamara (as big of a dual threat as they come) and a competent backup in Murray, there should be no room to waste plays on Hill yet Payton continues to.
This reminds of when bummers thought Streveler was a QB in the CFL. I guess Arizona is grooming him be this kind of player in the NFL, not going to work, especially when you can't just defenders over like he was able to in the CFL.
Some coaches just over think the game too much. The Seahawks do that by taking out Carson way too much, I know Russ is playing amazing but at the same time Carson should not be giving up carries to Hyde/Homer etc. You need a backup but when your star RB gets 8 carries and backup gets 3, there's something not right. At least the best player on the team is having a lot more plays go though him this year. Wasn't the case last few years.

Jets are trying to move Laveon? Not surprising but good luck with that, they’ll have to eat salary and add at least a 3rd as sweetener I’d imagine

Patriots are gonna nab him for a 7th and he's gonna produce 1,500 yards of offense in 11 weeks.

Unless they release him I don't think Pat's can fit that into the cap world. I don't think they have a dead contract to send back?

I'm actually looking forward to this game. I watched the Bills and Raiders last week, and that was a really fun game to watch. Josh Allen isn't afraid to throw it deep to Diggs, and more often than not he's been making that play. The Titans also have been in a lot of games that go down to the wire.
I would not be the least bit surprised if the Bills are in the AFC Championship game this year. As I said earlier, Allen reminds me of Brett Favre and there will be that day where he outplays another great QB and beat him.
