Anyone who actually watched a lot of Markstrom says he is by far the best guy on the market by far. People that haven't seen Holtby play in 3 years like him

Meh, if it saves us cap I don't see why. It's not like we really desperately need a goalie slot to protect someone during expansion, our younger guys like wolf, parsons, and chechelev won't be ready for ~5 years. I dont see the NMC being a big risk.

Nault being his usual know it all self while actually knowing nothing at all. He'd argue the color of the sky to make himself sound smarter, the issue is he just sounds like an idiot on everything.
Pat threw to break quoting the tweet about Markstrom getting term and paid, and all Nault kept repeating was that it scared him.
He's the same as members on here stating, "1 year longer than I would have given him", people like to think they know so much more than an NHL GM.

Yeah I was in the Holtby or Schneider reclaim bin. Same with wanting Halak last year. Talbot if he wanted to stay for reasonable money (3x2).also figured might as well keep rittich. Could be the same markstrom for half the price and no risk.
I just pray it isnt 6 years and buyout proof

Depending on dollars, I love this. Finally they get a legitimate starting goalie. But knowing the Flames' luck Markstrom is gonna forget how to play in year 2.
