This is a much better debate, but I really with that in-between segments, they would do fact checking and tell the audience who was or wasn't lying.

The #1 problem with both debates so far has been proper moderation. Otherwise, this has been an incredible demonstration and redemption of how debates should unfold.
Substance vs. non-substance. The most upsetting thing is the majority of the population can't understand this for myriad reasons.
