Pretty sure that said King

Also the Zary reaction vs the Hollaway reaction says everything that we already know about where young players want to go.

Don't see him being a good offensive player at the NHL level.
I suppose the Flames need centers.
Just with a trio of high skill scoring Right Wingers available, for which the Flames have none, it seems odd. I feel all of Bourque, Gunler and especially Perreault would have been significantly better choices.

I look forward to you being wrong.
Just like a reasonable portion here were about boring/low ceiling pick Tkachuk.

This is almost like the 2012 draft but instead of only one extra pick and a questionable first round pick the Flames get two extra picks and a legitimate first round prospect. I like it.

The way they described his progressive improvement in various aspects of his game with every subsequent showing encouraged me. You absolutely want a center who trending upward going into the draft.
Beats a regression from his previous year like with Holloway.

Flames are likely to be considered one of the winners of the first round. Look forward to reading those articles tomorrow.

I hope I am too. Just don't anything more than a 3/4th line 30ish point C at the nhl level if he makes it. That's fine for pick 24.

I did say on a couple occasions that I wish we could clone and fill out our forward lines with Elias Lindholms.
I will gladly take a second one at 24.
