Bang bang bang.

Chicago seems like a natural fit for Braden Schneider, tbh.

Okay everyone, I know nothing about these prospects.

Quickly, who are we hoping for at this point in the draft? Why should we take them?

Guhle should've absolutely decided to be a goalie.

Massive missed opportunity.

Mercer and Lapierre are the two riskiest guys left in this range.

...and Schneider is the player in this range I’m hoping we don’t pick.

For Me, Mercer or Gunler, Right shot scoring Fowards. Justin Barron I think is the best RHD put of Schneider and himself.

Zary is a stocky LW/C LHS, not a bad pick.

Lapierre is a top ten player except for concussion derailed him.

That’s Mike Futa.

Yeah, that’s the downside of Holloway. His D-0 was a big step down from his D-1, so his stock has fallen.

Craig Button on Lapierre:
"A complete two-way centre who can play in every square inch of the ice and be very productive. Outstanding sense and feel for all situations, with the ability to process quickly."
Projection: Elite No. 1 Two-Way Centre
Comparable: Patrice Bergeron

Zary:
"The definition of a Swiss Army knife-type player. Very good sense and skills but his understanding of all situations and ability to contribute in all of them defines him as substance over flash."
Projection: Swiss Army Knife
Comparable: Elias Lindholm

Mercer:
"Dawson is a plug-and-play player. He can play centre or wing, and that adaptability allows him to move around the lineup and contribute. Competitive with very good skills."
Projection: Top-Six, Two-Way Centre/Right Winger
Comparable: Blake Wheeler

Gunler:
"He's a talented goal-scorer who has the ability to score in multiple ways. Has been wildly inconsistent, but as he matures his goal-scoring skills could prove to be very valuable."
Projection: Top 6 Scoring Winger
Comparable: Tyler Toffoli
