Not that I'd trust his tax returns but his 2017-2020 returns do not show he still owns Gilead or Regeneron.

Respectfully disagree. Some could argue he’s the most powerful man in the world. He may not be credible to the sound minded but his word still carries weight among many people. The stock market riding the wave could easily benefit from trumps pumping. How much, who knows, but it could be easily 10%.

I can't link it but just he put out a video on Fox saying he's better. Looked fine. Miracle drugs sent from God. Had to keep everyone safe so I went to the hospital instead of staggering around the White House. Leaders gonna lead. Blah blah. Barf.

Sen. Ron Johnson went to Oktoberfest after testing positive and Bill Barr refuses to self isolate. Seriously malign people.

No it’s cool, I can respond as I recently mentioned Hitler, although I didn’t directly compare him to trump.
My analogy was to show that evil people don’t deserve compassion or civility and Hitler is a good example because he’s the epitome of evil.
I’m confident in saying most CPers can distinguish between making a point via analogy and direct comparison. But I can see why the people who don’t get that, not saying you are one of these people, have a difficult time with it.

Isn't that part and parcel with the intellectual dark web set? They attempt to set themselves up as quasi-intellectuals and believe themselves to be superior at every turn, but the reality is they just whine about everything and present nothing in the form of solutions to the problems they promote or answers to the questions they raise. They are just complain, complain, complain, and try to make themselves seems smarter that they are by circular referencing each other's tired and incomplete work. Call them on it and they fall back into a defense of using a series of logic fallacies, semantics arguments, or claims of personal attacks, then they themselves are most guilty of those behaviors. They are the "Karens" of discussion and rhetoric. So yes, WLB does apply!

NBC News (A- rated pollster) found Biden +14, surveyed fully after the debate. The last time this poll was in the field was September 20, when Biden was +8. They had Biden winning the debate 49% to 24%.
I think this is the first highly-rated national-level poll conducted post-debate. The next thing to watch for (in addition to more high quality post-debate polls): Nate Cohn of NYT says that there was moderate evidence of a shift in favour of Biden in their polls conducted after Trump's Covid diagnosis, which made up part of their state-level Pennsylvania and Florida polls released yesterday, as well as an upcoming Arizona poll. Another analyst from the Economist said something similar, although he could have just been rephrasing Cohn.

I think all the polls until 1 week after the last debate will be less reliable as they are detecting immediate changes in sentiment after an event so tend to overshoot the underlying support. After things like debates and conventions or scandals like Covid you have a sharp immediate response followed by regression of some of it. Given so many overlapping events it’s hard to say what will be sticky.
I think it’s fair to say that the debate was positive for Biden, we don’t know how much. We will know direction but not magnitude.

Watching some of these Q and A's from this Conley guy.........just me or does he seem like a guy who's not a doctor trying to act like a doctor? Dodging easy yes and no questions, muddled answers, it's just weird.
Now they say if things go well Trump could be discharged as early as tomorrow.

Not a doctor, but my guess is that he was told to obfuscate Trump's condition under the guidance of Trump and his advisors.
Its a tough position balancing the right to privacy, doctor/patient confidentiality and the public interest.
While the situation has changed, this administration's playbook has not: Deflect, Deny and Discredit.

Aside from the obvious editing someone also pointed out that the table in his video is moving. Looks like it is. Did he sneak off to his yacht?

This Toronto based writer does not hold back, highlights the almost comical hypocrisy of wishing Trump well:
