Vaild Point. If his goal stands up as the game winner, I guess it would be kinda hard not to give him the CS.

This 8 shot effort in a do or die game by Dallas is very Calgary Flames esque.

Honestly this is just a clinic. The Bolts are basically going, "look, we haven't had the best luck in game 7 after losing a game 6. This is our game 7. We're not letting you off the mat."
Stars really need to just leave it all out there... but maybe they already did that last game.

This feels like a replay of the Stanley Cup Final Game 7 2004.

Help, save, whatever.

Stars have really been trying hard to draw that "Down 2-0 Refs Give You A Borderline PP Call" and the refs aren't having it. I'm impressed so far.

Dallas with only 12 shots in a do or die game for the Stanley Cup is pathetic.
Just looking at the last bunch of years, the losing team in the final game registered:
2019 - Boston: 33 shots
2018 - Vegas: 31 shots
2017 - Nashville: 27 shots
2016 - San Jose: 19 shots
2015 - Tampa: 25 shots
2014 - New York: 30 shots
2013 - Boston: 25 shots
2012 - New Jersey: 18 shots
2011 - Vancouver: 37 shots
2010 - Philadelphia: 24 shots
2009 - Detroit: 24 shots
2008 - Pittsburgh: 22 shots
2007 - Ottawa: 13 shots

Tampa is the best team by a mile and they should win. It would actually suck if Dallas pulls off a last minute surge to tie it up somehow.
I have no problem with this version of Tampa winning it, they're a great team and have paid their dues with this group.

This looks like Game 7 against Tampa in 04.
Excited for the draft and trade talk heating up after this is over!

Lol at Maroon getting chirped by the Dallas bench for that 1987 five hole clapper attempt.

Erik Cernak
Luke Schenn
Jan Rutta
Braydon Coburn*
