I was looking at some numbers today and his Fld% is only .004 under the league average currently. Considering tonight is just his 180th career game and only his 33rd game at 1B, I don't think that is all that terrible. Yeah he's made a couple glaring mistakes, but he needs to play regularly in the field to improve.

He has already lost a fair bit of weight. I would strongly suspect that we will see him show up for spring training next year a new man. He has never had to workout before, and he was the best player at every level. But he has now learned that the majors are a different ballgame.
