Thank god. Vegas is the better team and deserved the win.

Canucks were only in it thanks to their goalie. This is the right result.

Vancouver was shutout 3 times in the series and had 15 shots in game seven

I know that feel. Tampa cost me bigtime last year. But in my case I deserved to lose that money as a punishment for betting on the Dolts.

Best outcome with a goalie controversy in Vancouver. I bet within 2-3 seasons, the team has neither Markstrom nor Demko on their roster.

Luongo/Schneider, Luongo/Lack, Cloutier/Auld... Markstrom/Demko is next.

So was that a real hook by Miller? Didn’t see it.

Game management?

I had a nighmare about a Vancouver vs. Tampa Bay Stanley cup final.

I feel incredible relief that I will not have to bear witness to such a travesty.

Way more interesting to have it go seven. Well done Canucks.

I was actually thinking when Vegas called a timeout before the PP that they would get one right away, like a total freak goal. It wasn’t how I pictured it but it got the job done.

Dallas vs Vegas. Let’s do this!

Oh I know. We've watched the Flames and Oilers not be able to take that next step over the last 5 years. It isn't easy. I don't think I'd be content to going back to missing the play-offs next year now though. What the Oilers did is probably soul crushing as a fan.

Vancouver >>>>>>>> Vegas, in terms of likeability. I cannot stand the Knights. Don't understand why so many people are happy they won. A thoroughly detestable team. This edition of the Canucks doesn't even come close.

Because the fear of being left behind by a rival out weighs the thought of a bunch of tools winning.

So are all the Flames fans who were cheering for the Canucks crying now too?

I can't speak for everyone, but for me it's their obnoxious fans.

I don't even know any VGK fans.

Vancouver was outshot 127-55 their last 3 games. Yet won 2 of them.

Their PP lost them the game though, no excuse not to fire the puck with some urgency on the PPs they had. Instead they over passed and generated next to nothing.

Theodore scores with a screened pointshot on their last PP and wins it.

How can any Flames fan cheer for thr Canucks in anything other than against the Oilers (and even then, it's really cheering for the Oilers to lose). That's even harder to understand.
