Kim can still drill the ball like no one’s business. Great to see her at Flushing Meadows again.

We might need to check the meldonium level on this Russian girl that Kim is playing, it's big serve after big serve.

I'm not saying he's going to pull off the upset, but I think 19 year old Brandon Nakashima is going to give Zverev all he can handle today.

Good thought -- it's been a great battle so far.

When he blew those 5 set points, I thought it was going to be curtains for the kid. But Zverev helped it out with his 9th double fault of the match.

Kyle Edmund won the first set in a tie-breaker over Djoker.

Zverev takes set 3 6-3. Nakashima is hanging tough though and out-playing the German from the baseline, he just needs to hold serve and either try to break Zverev or hope for another tie-breaker.

I wonder what it's like to play late at night in an empty stadium, seems eerie and creepy.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like they are pumping in some crowd noise for nice shots and aces etc.

Not on the outer courts? Yesterday Caruso and Duckworth played out there until 1am.

Yeah, I think it's just on Ashe and Armstrong.

Caroline Garcia just dispatched top seed Karolina Pliskova in straight sets 6-1 7-6.

Yeah, too many unforced errors, he needs to dial things down a little. On the plus side, he's serving well today.
