I wouldn't be too optimistic on that front. The Raptors will have to be better than the Celtics x1.5, as the Celtics are a preferred market.

Lebron is talking about his personal experience and what a black man in America has to deal with. And IMO that’s fair for him to do. He has to deal with that everyday of his life. He has no obligation to talk about what’s going on in China, in order to be able to have a viewpoint and opinion on what’s going on in America right now.

And honestly the fact that people try to bring that up to undermine what Lebron and the other athletes are saying about the situation in the US right now is a bit racist in itself.
Lebron has a billion dollar endorsement deal with a company that is employing Ughur's in labor camps (where genocide is also taking place) to make their product. Why shouldn't it be on Lebron?

The list of excuses for someone who has complete control over that specific endorsement deal is actually pretty pathetic at this point.

And then throwing out the 'oh its racist to expect him to be in control of the endorsement deals he signs' is about the dumbest thing I've read on here, ever.

It’s only racist because people only use this argument to try to contradict or devalue his position on Black Lives Matter.

Could he speak up about that? Sure he could and he probably should, but it also doesn’t mean his position on the treatment of African Americans in the US is any less valid. The issue is people just use it to distract and discredit his position.

As mentioned if people want somebody to speak out about the conditions in China then why isn’t it Adam Silver or Phil Knight that they call out? Nike is the biggest partner of the NBA and makes all the league uniforms. Phil Knight is the billionaire who made most of those contracts with suppliers in China and Korea.

So why is it just Lebron that has to carry that and why does it only seem to be brought up when he’s trying to speak on the treatment of African Americans in the US?

Yeah, great playoffs for Canadians so far; Murray's in a class of his own right now, but I'm also really rooting for OKC to advance with Dort and SGA.

It'd be nice if they could at least try to hide it... 0 free throws in an entire half of basketball in which they were playing down low quite a lot.

Lowry is playing horribly. So is Kemba but that's a big issue for the Raptors. Fred and Siakam have been... just okay.

OG has been very good though.

Hahahaha alright that foul on Siakam probably the most obvious one I've seen yet. Good thing you can challenge it because that's hilarious. "Crap, they're about to take an 11 point lead with momentum and energy here off a steal! Quick, we have to do something! Uhhhhhh, FOUL!"

This is easily the worst part about the NBA. It's considerably worse than the NHL for this stuff, and is even worse than the NFL (most of the time - some games the NFL appears literally rigged).

This might come down to whoever steps up between Kemba and Lowry.

Fred has also fallen off quite a bit. It's like he doesn't want to shoot. Norm should absolutely not have taken that weird shot at the end of the 3Q but he was the only one who wasn't afraid.

Someone is going to have to shoot threes. Gasol's out, he has 5 fouls, and their three best players aren't hitting. I don't know if this is going to work if you have to lean on OG and Serge beyond the arc. I suspect not. Those guys need to get inside.

It's almost like the Raps have realized they met their match and are playing timid. It's a little frustrating to watch. Boston isn't playing that well - more the Raps beating themselves.

Well it seems like no one but OG can hit a shot. And then you have Smart, who apparently cannot miss. Very frustrating to watch.

Like that shot from Lowry, even the ones that do go in feel like a struggle.

First time all year you can finally say "They miss Kawhi". This game should be an easy win if you had a superstar to take over, but they don't anymore. Siakam has been disappointing so far this series.
