Something to do with Bennett might fill some time.

What is your favourite podcast, and why is it mine?

If that one, for some reason, doesn't fly, I'd love to hear you guys talk about the future on defense. What to do with Hanifin, Giordano, Brodie, Kylington, etc.

I think it would actually be cool—maybe not for this episode, but in the future—to hear from some of the media guys like Ryan about the relationship of CP to the team and the media.

Also, coaching. It has been a really weird two-years, now with three head coaches, and constant questions about special teams coaching and the goaltending position.

Who has more value on the market, and who has more value to the team right now between Monahan and Johnny.

Should Gio voluntarily hand over the C, or should he wait one more year while the Flames stabilize after what is surely to be an active off season. The Flames have not accomplished their goals under his leadership.

The mental fortitude of this team and why it's so weak and has been weak since the Hartley "come back kids" era.

Why is mental fragility such an ongoing theme for this franchise?

Are we the Bengals of the NHL? Is the fact that we have the Oilers next door really hurting the Flames because that is what our management uses for reference? In the 1980's competing with the Oilers was a boon because it forced us, literally, to become the best franchise in the NHL. For the past 25 years, it has been an excuse for mediocrity because King, Feaster, Burke, etc have always had the "look, we are better than those guys" excuse.

If we're the Bengals, does that make the Oilers the Browns?

When everyone tries to convince you that "Cleveland Rocks" and it's really just a ####hole.

The similarities are plentiful.

What separates perennial contenders like Boston, Washington, Tampa, etc from medicore teams like Calgary?

Do the Flames need some/more outside pressure put on them to improve? Teams like Boston get ripped apart in their media, and players get moved all the time (Thornton/Kessel/Hamilton/Seguin) while most/all Calgary media is too worried about their relationships to be proper journalists and ask the tough questions. What would a world with real, hard-hitting Flames journalism look like and would it work? Is there anyone currently in the market who has the integrity to go down this route?

How on earth are they going to play next season?

I don't see the borders re-opening. Sounds like bubble life is bad enough for two months, let alone eight.
