I hope I am wrong but sadly think anybody expecting major changes with quick results will be disappointed. Feels like the cap world has really slowed down the trade market and you get an occasional big hockey trade but mostly its teams selling off to rebuild through the draft and loaded teams picking the bones of the losers for draft picks and hopefuls.
