I'm not sure that Bannon qualifies as being the traditional "elite". I guess that depends on perspective. He seems like something of an outsider to me.
On the other hand, what I find impressive about the globalist elites is that they have convinced most Americans (and seemingly many Canadians), that one party or the other is more guilty. In fact both are.
The DNC carries the water for the "globalist elites" just like everyone else.
