Use intermission to settle yourselves mentally and let’s go get this done in OT

GO Flames!

Agreed, skate it hard around the net and if there is a spot - clear it, and if not eat it in the corner.

Flames' last four playoff OT games:

2015 Game 5: Perry scored OT winner 2:26 into OT
2017 Game 3: Perry scored OT winner 1:30 into OT
2019 Game 2: MacKinnon scored OT winner 8:27 into OT
2019 Game 4: Rantanen scored OT winner 10:23 into OT

I hate playoff OT.

Man if Lindholm just gets his head up he would’ve realized that he had so much space to control the puck and clear the puck the other way. Just nervous mistakes by our guys

True. The whole team has been soft on clear attempts all series. Just giving it away.

I have faith for OT.

The difference between 3-1 and 2-2 is astronomical. Needed to buckle down. Failed.

Hope they can regroup for overtime and still grab it.

Lindholm I think did the right play but he whiffed a bit on the slapper and didn't get the right angle. Him scooping the puck up right beside the net would be trouble.

Easy mistake to make in that situation though. Easy to lose track of how many seconds were on the clock too.

Watching him in the 3rd I just realized who Gio is now. He's Kris Russell

Heart and soul with flashes of good play and some offense but mostly a shot blocker who causes several of the shots he has to block.

Just so Flamesy....and how klingberg walked right down Broadway like that is beyond me.

Terrible hockey at the worst possible time.

Again a trait of this club for a long time now

Lindholm should have skated that into the boards instead of trying to ring it. Okay, regroup. The five straight Stars PP is a bit annoying, but they battled through.

Forbort was on the ice in game 2 as well and wouldn't put his stick in the lane to block the pass on the winning goal. Maybe Ward should not continually make the same mistakes over and over again. What did Forbort bring to that play? Other than having an amazing view of the goal so he can tell the coach all about it after.

Dime store coaching loses close series.
