I love the way these teams match up. Such quick back-and-forth hockey.



What I wouldn't give to have a young Ferland in the Flames bottom six right now though. Just one more hitting machine to push the Stars D around.

Not ideal so far but I can see Dallas easing off into the 2nd period.
If our top 2 lines wake up, plenty of time to turn this game.

Lucic - Bennett - Dube has been our only effective line this period. The other lines need to elevate their games here. Dallas has stepped up and we need to respond and execute better.

I would give them 1st line minutes and cut the minutes of other lines. Do that for a period and then reassess for the 3rd.
