I have no problem conceding an advantage Stars for the top line, and still think the Flames can more than keep up with them. Probably because our second line is more like our first, and third has played like a second. All depends on if those lines execute the exact same blueprint they have been.

Flames in 6. I think our 2nd and 3rd lines are gonna be the ones to inflict the damage. I also like our defence compared to theirs. Talbot has the hot hand so hopefully we can get to Bishop. Go Flames Go!!!

Didn’t realize how deep the Stars were on offense. 11 top 9 forwards + Comeau, and if you’ve got Hintz in your bottom 6, that’s something nice to have.

Their defence is deep as well, great top 4 assuming Oleksiak plays ok. Always thought Johns was pretty good as well but haven’t watched him in a while.

Interested to watch Heiskanen play, haven’t watched him much.

Radulov celebrates every goal like it’s an OT winner. It infuriates me.

No Radulov goals please.

No chance Flames go into the series vs the Stars feeling cocksure and looking past them. I find those concerns a little bizarre.
Lucic is a big leadership upgrade and he demonstrated that vs the Jets. Our young guys looked good in the qualifying round. Talbot was fine.
It all spells confidence, not arrogance.
James Neal was a liability and a distraction, Lucic brings leadership and works hard. Flames won'r be looking to give Dallas any momentum.

I am never not surprised that Blake Comeau is still in the NHL.

I also don't think I'll ever get used to Pavelski, Perry, and Cogliano being in Dallas.

Yeah Dallas is a great collection of "dude, what are you doing in that uniform??" players. I always forget about Radulov and Bishop being there, too.

Jamie Benn is a guy who like Iginla, if you poke the bear you unleash the beast. Let him coast, don't engage him and the guy plays invisible.

He was really solid in Colorado for a few years there, but yeah I totally forgot he was still in the league as well.

Ya, I agree with you. Better off not to wake him up.
But I would still love to see him square off with Luc to try and give his team a boost.
Go full “lecavalier” on him. Lol.

Kind of thought the schedule would be out instantly since not exactly a lot of logistics to work through.

This is the revenge series for 1981. I have a good feeling.
