Dishwasher soap or furniture polish solves that problem. I just couldn't handle the cage so I went to the clear shield. Yup, it fogged. I tried furniture polish to clean it before each game it it worked like a charm. I've seen others have success with dish soap.

At what point do we start considering giving Mangiapane PP1 time? He has been playing very well. Ik it is very crowded on the first unit but perhaps somehting could be switched up to see if they can get some new chemistry or something.

What do you expect to see on an opposing fans message board after a loss? Reasoned debate and polite discussion? Get real and get over yourself. Pathetic is too polite a word to use here but I'll be charitable.

Ok White Out a little too much, but for the most part I agree with you. I think you are a good fan. Biased - as we all are - but reasonable.
Jets fans for all my lurking have been pretty cool and mostly think Schiefele wasn't gooned. He probably should have just taken the hit. They think Maurice is saying what he needs to say to rally the team. They think the Jets have had horrible luck in 2020 and that's easily understandable.
Oiler fans are actually trying to call out Jets fans for being "too reasonable" and question their passion because of it.
I do not think it is fair to compare White Out to the common Oiler fan. He
is better than that. Though perhaps he can stop short of calling the rest of us pathetic.

Being from Manitoba I was happy they got a team back. But after a couple of seasons the ones I did interact with got this "We haven't won anything but we're so great" attitude. I even remember the year they made the conference finals my cousin telling us even though we don't cheer for the Jets we have to go to there during the playoffs just to experience it because it's so amazing. Yeah right.
And even after living in Vancouver for almost 6 years with the first year being after they made the finals I'd say Jets fans run their mouth more too. Again, why I don't know.
I can't say I hate the Jets but I think the only series that I would ever cheer for them in is if they played the Canucks or Oilers but I would hope they lose the next series.

You missed Whiteout in the CFL thread where he called us all pathetic on the Bombers forum while posting with the exact same user name! haha
Best part is he was sinbinned from here when the Bombers won the Grey Cup so he couldn't even trash talk us. Now he'll have to wait 35 years for another opportunity....

Is Maurice going to ask for a Backlund suspension for shooting the puck at Poolman's face? He tried to end his career, eh Paul?

Happy to see Tuskan Raidcheech back also. Threw the kitchen sink at that puck and still missed it, but it went in anyways.

Anybody remember how our PP was doing in the games leading up to the stoppage in March? I find Gustafson has added a nice element in the playoffs at the very least, but don’t recall being too impressed in the limited games he played after the deadline.

Think he just hadn't acclimated to being here yet. Hard to expect someone to step in and take the PPQB role and run with it immediately. The full camp of practices probably helped a ton. So glad that acquisition is paying off now. It just wasn't working with Gio there on pp1.

It's a small sample size, but after the trade deadline, the Flames had the best power play in the league.
They had 12 PP opportunities in 7 games and scored 5 PPG, for a percentage of 41.7%. Edmonton was second at 35.3%.
They were also tied with Vegas for the fewest PP chances per game after the trade deadline. In the same time, Pittsburgh had 36 PPs in 8 games.
