This is maybe what we're seeing, the Flames certainly got it together and look a little sharper, but it looks like the Jets are tired and demoralized, like the shock has worn off and now they realize the huge hole they have to fill and what it's going to take. Sucks.

The guys going, Dube, Mange, Looch, I figured they would be. I'd like to see some chemistry from the top line. Lindholm playing well, has done a nice job of crash and bang type play all night. And I dont mean I want to see them pot 5, I just want that line to look like it has a plan, to look dangerous.

That period was all Calgary. Very satisfying to see them wake up after a listless 1st. They seem to have found that 2nd gear, and are looking much more confident.

Media were making a big deal about the goaltending gap between hellebyuck and the flames guys but .922 to .919 (talbot) isn't a massive difference at all.

Love the way the boys went to the net and found open ice in that period. Periods like that build character!
