That's worse than us losing Monahan and Backlund.

Is it just me or is the sound mix on the NHL live broadcast terrible? I can barely hear the commentary over all the "ice level" noise

They seem to have this weird fake crowd noise just hovering below the commentary, which is just dumb IMO. If there are no fans, I'd rather just hear the empty rink and the players on the ice.
