Another thing I'm enjoying about this game is the button layout. I like R2/RT being used for several functions instead of a button, just feels easier. And granted I didn't play a tonne of different games, but for me anyway, its funny how it took one of the final games ever for this console generation for a game to finally find good, practical uses for the monstro touchpad button. I like what they did with it.
I like it a lot, but I'm so used to mashing triangle to get into vehicles in other games. My poor horse has been sliced up a few times because of this.

Love ghost of Tsushima. Must be at least halfway done, I’m on Act 2 now. Almost maxed out everything weapon wise, only one level left on my katana. This game gave me exactly what I said I wanted to photon before! I’m side quest champion of the world and overpowered, love it. Break stance, couple attacks, they die. The ability to use stealth or direct combat is pretty seamless, there isn’t much I don’t love about this game except for one thing
Let me use whatever stance I want. I get that each one is tailored to a specific type of enemy but if I want to use the wrong one don’t stop the damn game and force me to change to it.

I just unlocked the Wind stance, and the Shaun Michaels sweet chin music style kick unlocked with it will now be used in all situations, regardless of what my opponent is carrying. Especially if we cliff-side.
Yikes, that was another pretty poor showing from MS. Once again very little gameplay. Halo does not look next-gen, I've been playing prettier games on a base PS4 the last month and a half. Most of what looked really good is cross-gen, so why upgrade?
Oh and those I liked would be Balan Wonderworld, Psychonauts 2, and The Gunk. I'm not much for the aggressively dark and realistic shooters.
Cemented my PS5 purchase at least.

Yep, all the games that interested me I can play on PC. My EA Access subscription expires in a month so I'll probably be switching it over to Playstation since I already know I'll be getting a PS5.

I completely disagree, great showing by MS with GamePass.
I understand that this was suppose to focus on the Series X and its power but being able to play every single thing I saw, when they release for a subscription I already have and love, is hands down better than anything I saw from Sony.
I will end up upgrading to both I think eventually...but not a single game in Sony's reveal had me say...Yep I am buying that!
Microsoft doesn't need to win a console war, Sony does.
As for the games, Ori Will of the Wisps at native 4k @120fps looks amazing, and halo brought me back to my teenage years. Medium looks like a very cool game with that dual worlds idea.
I love everything Microsoft is doing with XCloud, Gamespass, and even the design of the new console, but for some reason they just can't put out a game that gets me hyped. I was hoping Halo Infinte was going to pull me in, but it didn't look very good to me at all. Looks like more Halo, which is fine but not a system seller for me.
Xbox can't seem to find an answer to games like God of War, LOUP2, Spider-Man, Ghosts of Tsushima, etc.

Agreed. Its amazing how far Xbox has fallen with delivering interesting and high quality exclusives. It hasn't been close for years now and it seems like that's going to continue. They really needed to nail these reveals and get people hyped..they didn't (for me at least).

Yes, I meant for console. I am a software developer, I get away from my computer as much as possible. So when I game I tend to game with friends on a console.

This.
The best announcement today was that all the games that were being shown were coming to game pass.
And then after that none of the games looked that exciting.
