NYTimes is reporting that the intel on Russian bounties was in the President’s Daily Briefing on February 27th and disseminated to the wider global intelligence community on May 5th.
The White House is still maintaining the President was not “personally briefed” on the matter, will this ultimately lead to Trump’s public admission he does not read the PDBs? Yes. Will Republicans then defend this behavior? Also yes.

And it's not just creating vast amounts in the US market, but the credit swaps that saved the dollar from deflation a couple of months back are producing vast amounts in the global supply when multiplied through fractional reserves.
The dollar standard may not crash right away, but the implications of this mess will extend well into the future regardless of who wins in November.
Average Americans have no idea how badly they're getting ####ed right now either, but the IBs and hedge funds know the deal, so they're not going to hold onto what are becoming bad investments in the real economy when they can cut those losses and profiteer on the chaos.
The stock market is a mirage. Tax breaks that allowed buybacks, the repo market in the fall, now the stimulus packages and Fed buying corporate debt keep the markets headed up even as projected EPS is in a nosedive. Reality and the market parted ways a while ago, and the Fed's current action is just a part of the story.

Hopefully Barr or Pompeo go under this time.
GOP Senators and representatives are doubling down on sticking their heads sand by boycotting the Intel briefings on the Russian bounties. Even they can't deal with doing the mental gymnastics to defend Trump's traitorous actions so they're going to be deliberately ignorant.

I really, really, really hope one day Trump ends up in jail. Not too many more people deserve it more in world quite frankly. It would at least show the world that justice is not a vanished concept in the United States.
What an absolute and unmitigated disaster that country is.

Apparently Trump and Putin have been talking a lot in the last little bit. Five calls over the last three weeks.
Trump next week: "I talked to Putin, he says he had nothing to do with the bounties on our soldiers. I believe him"

those calls are probably more like lining up an exit strategy in November in event of election loss.
Like, a literal escape plan.

The NY Times releases info that gets backed by other sources.
The whitehouse and GOP scramble to lie.
The Times relates some more information to show the lies for what they are...
Let’s see what new lies the administration and GOP Tell today shall we....
Generally not a conspiracy theorist but it seems more and more that Putin has the entire GOP in his control.

Can they do anything to stop that? He’s clearly a security risk to the country.

He’s already told Putin everything and will continue to do so. I doubt he’ll have anything else when the time comes.

Except for a few in person meetings, all of that stuff is tracked.
Free flowing information on their turf is a scary thought.

Not when you have an army of willing GOP senators to goto to Russia and pass messages to Putin for you. Remember when a bunch went to Moscow during Independence day?

I have a friend from Russia who is in the banking and politics space. He told me there is also a lot of very high ranking American evangelicals meeting with Russian leadership. I think there is a whole other channel between the WH and Moscow.

Well the NRA one got shut down so they needed another conduit and Evangelical “Christians” seems the next logical choice.
It’s time the Democrats started to work really hard at tying the rest of the GOP leadership as key cogs in this mess. Otherwise the GOP will just force Trump out and run someone else...a professional someone else and the polls will start to swing back in a hurry.
