Calgary Flames All Time Roster - #1 Right Wing

So some details ...

1. Calgary players only
2. I'll look at games played, production and PPG to list options.
3. My cut off won't effect options as I'll go deeper than required
4. I'll label them by rank (3rd line LW) but don't select the player that matches that role the best, pick the best player.

Day to Day

We elect a position, say 2nd line RW, remove that name and do the 3rd line RW the next day.

I'll post a summary as we go along.

Went with Otto for 4C as he pulled away after I asked about a run off.

The list above for RW was tough ... so many players. Came up with 21 choices by sorting games played, points, points per game (with a suitable number of games). Added McGrattan for emotional reasons despite he not making any of the three.

Cut off took out Amonte, Kobasew, Donovan, M. Hunter, David Jones, Versteeg, Bertuzzi and Hull.

Right wing is crazy in the Flames history.

Still wish I had Peplinski on the left side and didn't go with the web sites.

yeah, one of these guys shifts to LW (they'll figure it out eventually) and Alex Tanguay can leave.

Certain franchises (Pitt and Edm (ugh) come to mind have a storied history of Centers...but the Flames have RW covered ! (of course then it still took them a while to find one for Johnny and Monahan..but seems ok now)

Joel Otto is great but Kent Nilsson got absolutely robbed.

Iggy is the obvious answer here, though Theo Fleury is the reason for my flames fanhood and my interest in NHL hockey.
