I haven't kept up with who's at the top in doubles right now, but I wonder how far they would get if they formed a team at the next slam. finals at least? assuming they don't nearly decapitate each other like at laver cup?

I feel like if they had a reasonable amount of time to practice together they would dominate, they both won Olympic Gold in doubles and hardly ever play doubles.
Looks like even if tennis comes back in 2020 Federer won't return until 2021, if your going to have surgery to miss an entire year this is probably the best year to do it.

yes if any major is played at all this year I feel the wonkyness of the situation will open the door for a first time winner.
the pictures of Djoker's exhibition tournament are jarring. fans packed into stands, shoulder to shoulder reporters in the media rooms, barely any masks at all, players hugging. I get that he's protected by the power of antivax mind healing, but does that extend to everyone else in attendance?

Speaking of Fedal, TSN reshowing the 2017 Australian Open this week, still not over that tournament. I doubt I could ever watch the finals again.
