Like I said previously, it is hard to accept the reality of the world we live in. It's not about being guilty or feeling shame. It's not your fault.
Many of the privileged people in our society are good people, most of them in fact. Some of the underprivileged are bad people. It's not about individuals.
What it is about, in my opinion, is the narrative that we are enlightened, that we know better, that what we have done was in the name of progress, or the greater good, or whatever nicety makes it all seem ok. It's not ok. We need to recognize it.

This should be an important lesson if you feel you're being dog piled on. You screwed up by posting fake news in an attempt to damage the image of a man who was killed by those sworn to protect and serve.
Did George Floyd do some (incredibly) ####ty things in his past, probably. Everyone here has screwed up , not necessarily to the same extent, but he should be alive to face his wrongdoings.
