Is DQ food decent? I honestly don't think I have had DQ food in the last 20 years. I've only ever had the ice cream.

Are there any Arby's left in Calgary? They used to be in every mall plus a few stand-alones, but they all seem to have disappeared over the last few years.

There’s one on Canyon Meadows drive that I grew up going to. It’s still there. A staple of that plaza for decades

The one by the Blockbuster? I remember that one --- and obviously haven't been in the area in a long time.

It's okay. I have one near my house and end up there on the way back from skiing sometimes. There's an app that has coupons on it, makes it an okay deal. I voted for it because while the food is roughly BK quality, it has the blizzard to supplement, and cakes, so as a total package it's pretty solid.

I'm not sure how Chipotle or Five Guys / In and out are allowed to participate though. That seems like cheating. Different tier.

How is Chick Fil A not in here? They've somewhat backtracked their offensive stances, and I'm sure the Colonel has done worse!

Ignoring all that, Chick Fil A is by far the best fast food chain by any measure.

There are. It’s processed as hell but they roast the beef on premises.

They had one in the worst location they could think of in Canada. The departure level at the Calgary International Airport. It was ok. It's only a chicken burger but the waffle fries was good.

In N Out by a landslide.

My fast food of choice is Carl's Jr or Taco Bell although here in Australia our options are limited to basically the king, the clown, the colonel, and Nandos.

In Canada Wendy's was always my favourite. When I first took my wife to Canada she tried a number of fast food options and also liked Wendy's the best.

Also, I just love the Arby's regular roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce but everything else on their menu is gross.

I also like Arby's sauce and curly fries so Arby's is ok, but it doesn't beat Wendy's IMO.

I had the Flamethrower burger from DQ a few times and it's ok.

No Harvey's?

Also is In N Out even in Calgary or Canada?

How you left Harvey’s off (the clear winner by the way) should be a crime.

Oh yeah I also loved Harvey's but couldn't find one the last time I was in Calgary. I had this master plan to load up on burgers at the airport before leaving town but ended up disappointed when I found out it had been replaced by that homophobic fried chicken chain.

Damn, I wanted to see a Mr. Sub vs Subway match-up. (I prefer Mr. Sub).

And I ordered from Five Guys a couple weeks ago for the first time ever. Damn good burger. And the cajun fries were great but god damn that was an insane amount of salt. I must've consumed 5 days worth of salt in that bag of fries.

Surprised no OPA? It's not amazing but it's better than Subway or McDicks.

Harvey's is brutally overrated, that meat is 50% filler.

I haven't had a lot of Chick File A but I found it to be extremely over rated. My go to for fast food is Jack in the Box or Sonic.
