a) We get to see Pizza's total mental breakdown if Hawaiian wins this thing; or
b) We get to see how utterly awful and smug Pizza behaves if Hawaiian loses.

Which would be more fun? I kind of think the former but I have this morbid curiosity. I mean, if he's this unhinged now, imagine how he'll behave if he thinks he's been validated.

The pineapple platoon finds their numbers drastically dwindling, in fact there is only 1 pineapple pizza remaining in the poll. It is however the alpha and the omega of its group.

We do have a barn burner coming up over the next day in Canadian vs Meat Lovers. Will the local boy dazzle in his home town, or will the beefier meat lovers come out victorious?

Possibly unpopular opinion: regular pepperoni, while a can't-miss staple, is a bit on the boring side. I'll take the Pepperoni / Bacon / Green Pepper pizza it's up against, 7 days a week.

Pep mushroom vs Hawaiian. I prefer pepperoni mushroom but voter Ham and Pineapple because the hate is ridiculous.

The Dominos Brooklyn being around still definitely is a result of poor seeding because any pizza from Dominos clearly isn’t 8th best even though I voted it over bbq chicken.

I went meat lovers over the Canadian because you usually get the Italian sausage and ham along with the bacon and pepperoni. All you give up is the mushrooms.

I'm kinda surprised that Bare got ANY votes over a 'real' pizza, and I'm trying to decide if the 39 votes it got over Hawaiian are folks who just hate pineapple that irrationally that they can't even think of voting for it, period.

This is where bbq chicken and Hawaiian pizza both die the horrible death they deserve. I picked Canadian pizza in this one because I usually find meat lovers pizza to be way too greasy and salty. Also while domino's is generally gross, their Brooklyn pepperoni is a thing of beauty. If you haven't tried it, try it now.

What’s the difference between the Brooklyn Pepperoni and normal Pepperoni?

I’m team Hawaiian for sure, but I eat all kinds of pizza.

The actual pepperoni slices are much larger in diameter than their normal pepperoni. The pepperoni slices also tend to lie flat on the surface rather than the slight curl and crispiness you get on the edges of regular pepperoni.

I believe it's a thinner crust than Domino's regular.

They only slice the pie into 6 slices instead of their normal 8-12 (I can't remember how many slices they usually do), so that each slice is much bigger and easier to fold in half like you do when you eat a real "New York slice".

Pineapple on pizza might be one of the more polarizing issues of 2017, but one woman did not know how divisive it was until she ordered delivery and opened the box to find she had received something different than the pineapple pizza she had requested.

Inside the cardboard box was a notably pineapple-free pizza with a $5 bill taped to the inside of the lid and a note from the cook scrawled next to the cash, as Ali Johnson recounted in a March 4 Twitter post.

"Couldn't bring myself to put pineapple on it," the message in the box says. "That's gross. Sorry."

Johnson told Thrillist she ordered her pie from an on-campus restaurant at the University of Arizona in Tucson. It was supposed to come with chicken, onions, barbecue sauce and, of course, pineapple.

Instead, it had the classic barbecue-themed toppings.

Johnson said she found it funny at the time and called the restaurant to let the manager know she appreciated it but wanted them to correct her order and bring the fruity, savory and controversial pie.

"They said they'd be happy to compensate me with coupons, but I just let it slide," she said. "The $5 was enough!"

Like all matters related to putting tropical fruit on cheesy pizza, Johnson's tweet has drawn mixed reactions, from support to vehement opposition to sheer disbelief.

"This would definitely be me if I worked at a pizza place," wrote one Twitter user, who apparently doesn't like pineapple.

Another defended Johnson's choice of pizza fixings, saying that "pineapple is literally the best pizza topping."

But most people could agree on one thing: It was pretty gross to put the money in such close proximity to the food. The tomato sauce marks on the bill indicate the unhygienic money likely touched the top of the pizza.

"I was just as disturbed about that as I was the thought of pineapple," wrote one person.

No, it's a guy who isn't doing his damn job. I would take the pizza back and tell him to put whatever the hell I want on it. When you work for a restaurant and are asked to make something your personal taste in food doesn't matter. You're not the one eating it.
