Get a small then. It doesn't solve them wanting other types which there's nothing wrong with but it solves the half eaten pizza problem.

I think we should make some distinction between pizza and ‘flatbread’ masquerading as pizza.
Pesto sauce and shrooms? Garlic sauce and arugula? That’s a god damned flat bread.

Is the link in OP just for round 1 voting or has round 2 started and I can't find the link?

There's a countdown at the top of the list. That's how much time is remaining in round 1. Once the countdown expires, the winners will move on to round 2 and voting for that will begin (I assume the site does all of that automatically).

I'd pay $100 for a Chicago DEEP DEEP DISH Calgary pizza right now.
We have every Chicago chain in PHX but it's not the same..

A calzone is more like a sandwich than a pizza.
But we can't afford to go down the rabbit hole of what is and is not a sandwich.

100% right, the same link on the first post will be available for all 5 rounds, since round one started roughly noon yesterday it has an end time of 8pm MST today. All subsequent rounds end 8pm the following day.

I wonder what other kinds of hot fruit would be good on pizza.
(Besides tomatoes of course)

Granny Smith Apple and Brie is a classic with a white sauce base. Basically, the fruit needs a bit of acidity to offset the richness of the cheese. That's why pineapple works and also why tomato works.
Lemon? Tamarind? Yuzu?

It’s so weird that people, who don’t share enjoyment of a food with you, act as if the food you enjoy to eat shouldn’t exist. I’m not forcing anyone to eat pineapple on their pizza, I don’t understand the issue.

No, the biggest problem when ordering people in groups is that there's always too much vegetarian. Nobody wants to force a vegetarian to eat meat, so the order always has a huge margin. And then, you find out that people who are vegetarians usually don't eat much at all, while the people who eat more also tend to be the meat lovers type. But after the meat lovers runs out, I will eat hawaiian before anything with a pepper, onion, or tomato on it, so I will defend its acceptability even though it's far from my favorite.

I have to agree with Matata. Every time I am at a function where there is a group order, it always seems to be Hawaiian pizza that is left over at the end. Most people don't seem to have an issue with vegetarian pizza. It might not be their first option, but they don't find it disgusting.
At my work, we often have social events and anytime someone mentions getting a Hawaiian, there is always a moment of awkwardness. I mean, I actually love anchovies and olives on pizza, but I know that they are not for everyone, so I would never suggest it in a group buy.
