Great episode, again. So far I think it goes 1,3,2 for me in order of favourite to least favourite (if I can even use the term least here).

Order 66 never really carried a ton of weight with me from the prequels, like it definitely sucked, but it was a long distance rocket shot at Obi-Wan he seemed to easily survive, the relationship with Cody wasn't something that was a massive focus in the movies. Some lesser cared about Jedi get back stabbed. The part with Yoda was probably the most personal, but he easily over came it and it was very satisfying.

But the scene with Ahsoka and Rex was absolutely gut wrenching. It hit home harder than anything the prequel movies tried to display. This was such a good relationship between those two, and to see him have to turn like that, and so EASILY turn like that. He had a few moments of reprieve, which was great, I was worried they would make it to easy on him (and us), but then it was on. The lone tear, the fight to get out the Fives comment. So well done.

I'm glad Ahsoka was the one who 'saved' him as well. I agree with the Maul part.. and I am obviously hoping there is more to him before the last episode is over, but other than that these episodes have been totally flawless.

Like I don't want to over step, because he definitely ins't PERFECT, but in an age where a lot of Star Wars material is met with a less than enthusiastic reaction, they really need to increase Filoni's involvement. The guy just has such a passion for this material, that is transferred to the fans through his work, it really needs to be tapped more.

I've kind of decided that once this is over, I'm going to do a solid star wars viewing because everything about it has changed.

Phantom Menace - mainly because of Maul's involvement and the excellent performance by Ewan.

Attack of the Clones - Just the start of the war, Christopher Lee as Dooku, Sidious' manipulations without being seen.

The Clone Wars - So many stories and development between. Plus we get to know and really like the Clones as heroes. We learn about all of the other Jedi's caught in order 66

ROTS - Maybe because of all of the development that happens in Clone Wars there's really going to be a deeper emotional punch to it.

Rebel's takes place before the events of a New Hope. We get to see them trying to track down the hints on the death Star

Rogue One - We have a fully developed Saw now. Plus we get to see Vader really at the heights of his power between his appearences in Rebels and this, he's also the angry no reason to be redeemed.

ANH, ESB ROTJ.

Wow. That ending gave me chills. What a fantastic end to a fantastic show.

These last four episodes really knocked it out of the park.

I hope they repackage these final 4 episodes as a single 2 hour movie.

Wow, first of all, I'm really sad that this series is over, while I thought for the most part this was a stellar piece of Star Wars story telling as a series, they certainly saved what I consider to be the best for last with this four part arc. I'm sad to see it go, however this series has been a must watch again because as I've stated above its now completely changed the dynamic and feel of ROTS.

So here we go

Spoiler!

Rise of Skywalker and the first episode of the Mandalorian gallery are also up, I'll be watching that Gallery episode tomorrow.

There's a rumor floating around that Filoni is introducing something on May the 4th.

I really hope they make another PG animated series.

Clone Wars was Star Wars at its best.

Great ending. I am very satisfied. It would have been nice to see the Ahsoka/Rex good bye, but we got so much from them this season already I can’t complain.

The visuals in this episode were breath taking. This was cinema at its finest.

Sad that it’s over, but grateful to be part of the journey.

Better than I even hoped for. They didn't try to do too much, just told her story.

If the rumours are true, she'll be making her live-action debut in season 2 of The Mandalorian, played by...
Spoiler!

Based on how Rebels ended, they better give us an Ahsoka-Sabine series at some point. Animated or live-action, I don't care.

Wow, I still can't believe it's over but what a solid finish! I was actually quite sick over the last decade and between this show and this thread, (shout out to CaptainCrunch and GreenLantern!), it really helped me get through it all.

What a series!

That'll be awesome. I also want her to come across Rey the Jedi sentinel at some point too. Her species can live that long cant they?

Maybe she was about 14 at the Star of Clone Wars, that war lasted 3 years, so she was 17 at the end of Clone wars. The length of time between then and the events of ROTJ which is when Ashoka returned was about 22 years I think, So she would have been about 40 years old. Then between ROTJ and the events of The Rise of Skywalker would have been about 35 years. So she'd be about 75 years.

In Canon her species the Togruta live an average of 82 years. So she could be either really old or dead.
