Amazed that Joseph is getting so many votes, he barely played here.
I voted for Ramo. Very solid goalie who I wouldn't have minded if they kept as the backup after 2015-16.

I voted Joseph because I never saw the older guys play and i figured the majority will choose the right one. Joseph was my favourite player as a kid. Even got me to be a *gag* Oiler fan in his years there. Obviously way past his prime here, but it was cool to have him.

I have an affinity for Tabaracci after how he almost saved the 95/96 season in response to the disaster that was Trevor Kidd.

Also, lest we forget, Wamsley has the best hockey nickname I've ever heard: "Big Tub of Goo".

Reggie Lemelin was the hockey card I always wanted but could never get back in the playgrounds of Calgary in 1984. For some reason goalie cards were the most desired and the Calgary Flames goaltender the king of them all. For that, he became my first favourite player.

I was too young when Lemelin was around, but based on tenure, I can see why he would be #1. Stats from that era for goalies always look bad in comparison to today.
I voted for Ramo to try and get him 2nd place though. Too bad he had injury problems because he was a good goalie when he was healthy.

I picked the belovef Reggie. It's too bad he never won it with the Flames. He's been thru the roughest times with the club until Vernon you the reigns. I'm surprised most people picked him. That's great!

Makes sense to me, his last NHL season was the year I was born. Unless they're a huge name a lot of peoples memories don't go back that far

I suppose - but cujo only played 9 games for the flames- just seems strange that’s all. I guess I see it to a degree -
People who are old enough to have seen Wamsley will for the most part vote Lemelin

Was much too young during his time to appreciate Lemelin. Voted for Tabaracci! My grandparents had seasons tickets and I to go to a ton of the games in the mid 90s. I would always "be" Tabaracci or Kidd when playing net in road hockey. Lol they weren't the best, but as a 9 or 10 year old that didn't matter. Nostalgia vote for me!

Pretty much the exact same reason I voted for Tabby. I think I just loved saying the name.

I am still bitter that the Flames insisted on putting the flopper Trevor Kidd in net when Tabaracci was clearly the better goalie.
But I have to go with Lemelin on this one strictly due to tenure. Although I was never super confident with him in net, it always felt like the Flames won in spite of him.

I was never a huge “Let-em-in” fan but I can see why people voted for him. Speaking of those new pads he wore - they made a huge sound when the puck hit them and the rebounds were enormous.
