This is a show I'm definitely giving another chance. I watched the first 1 1/2 seasons and it just kinda lost me.
However, for how well it's reviewed by fans and critics alike makes me think I missed something special.
Of course, I said the same thing about The Wire....

Ozark season 3...wow.
That’s up there for one of my favorite seasons of anything ever.

The Tiger King follow up episode is available now.
Joel McHale interviews most of the cast.

Yeah - total waste of time. For a few years a bunch of tv shows have taken this MTV approach of interviews after the show was over. Nothing interesting at all about it. Definite skip.
On another note, I was reading earlier this week that Joe Exotic was a policeman earlier in his career. Add another check mark to the guy's resume. So weird, and amusing.

The last week I've binged Top Boy. It's fantastic. It took about an episode to get a full grasp on the accent but after that it was compelling. The final season is comparable to season 4 of The Wire for me. The crime stuff is just as important as the human aspect of the story.
Also, don't do what I did and watch Top Boy first because that's all Netflix advertised. There are two shorter seasons before.
Top Boy: Summerhouse is Season 1 and 2
Top Boy is essentially Season 3.

Will check it our- have you seen Line of Duty? It's another British crime show we checkout out on Netflix, as well as one season of "The Bodyguard" which was really good as well

Looks like we don't get Line of Duty on Canadian Netflix anymore. I still need to watch Bodyguard but I've heard good things.

It's only available wit a Super Channel subscription. I hate Prime these days for the stupid "sub-channels" they bait you with.

Ah, I didn't see that Season 5 was only SC. Seasons 1-4 are still available in the base Prime offering that I can see.

Strange, just watched season 5 on Netflix- The Bodyguard is still on there it's a great series on it's own from the same creator.

Watched all 4 episodes of Unorthodox last night. Found it really compelling. Much of the dialogue is in Yiddish, a language I had virtually never heard before. An Israeli actress, Shira Haas, plays Esty, the main character and is really excellent. I found it both suspenseful and also interesting in looking at the Orthodox culture in Brooklyn.

just finished last episode of the latest season last night, it was terrific.
I'm having a tough time finding any recent showing captivating enough to get hooked on, but Ozark's latest season is definitely an exception to that.
