Cam Newton market is gonna be fascinating. He appears to be in clear physical decline, but someone like the Bears I'm sure would be interested.

I thought Carolina said they were keeping him as their starter?

EDIT : NM I see he is allowed to try and seek a trade!

See devo's post above mine. He's free to seek a trade.

Bridgewater to the Panthers. Not sure I get this one, figured they'd be looking to tank given their offseason moves so far.

not sure if that's a good move for them, but super happy for Bridgewater. Coming back from that injury like that, good to see him cash in.

Amazing move for Carolina. They got the best QB on the market. They’re kind of cutting their own throat with leverage for a Cam trade and may get stuck having to waive him though.

will be interesting to see what kind of a market there is for Newton. not personally a fan but he would be an upgrade on some teams even though he has regressed from his MVP season and I don't think it is all injury issues which has caused his decline

Touchdown Tom to Tampa is gonna be super weird, glad he won't wear those terrible, terrible uniforms they've been using for the last five-ish years.

Happy with the Quinn signing. Dissapointed in the Graham signing. Terrified about the future if the QB position in Chicagl. Fun/concerning offseason thus far

So who’s going to NE? Cam? Winston? McDaniels and Belichek have work cut out for them, Belichek probably revels in it, McDaniels sees his meal ticket go away.

And the Chargers? My guess is Brady would’ve gone there all things equal, but the Glazer bags of cash were a lot more than Spanos could afford, new stadium (not his) to fill or not.

Pats trading for Brissett again seems pretty logical, his contract is cheap (for a QB) and he knows the system so he is a plug and play guy. Maybe Dalton makes some sense, or even Foles? Either way the Pats nearly got a bye even with Brady playing at replacement level. They can still be a playoff team with half decent QB play.

I believe the Bucs will play in Foxboro in 2021, so curious if it is 2 years/60. I will guess fully guaranteed regardless.

I mean better than Trubisky sure, but still screams mediocre choice.

So does this mean the starting position is open or is Foles the starter? He's getting paid an awful lot to be a backup.

Surely Trubisky is getting traded now. You aren't trading for Foles to ride the pine. And if Foles doesn't get the job done then that team is getting blown up anyway. Trubisky is probably only worth a mid round pick now, but that's still better than nothing.

Carr will start over mariota

Hes brought in as the backup, I'm very happy to have a backup of his level
