			New Wilco in May?
Oasis needs to stop but there's a few there I wouldn't mind grabbing (Islands, MM, Radiohead, Sigur Ross, Iron & Wine).

What a let down so far this year.
The new Shins is uninspiring. The new Clap your hands is plain boring. The new Bloc Party is plain awful. The new Arcade Fire has re-released songs from their debut album on it and for the most part, severely lacks the passion of their earlier album.

I haven't heard the new Modest Mouse or Bright Eyes yet. Hopefully those will buck the trend but otherwise, I would advise to pass on all the albums above. Sad really.

		| Feb 2, 2007 - The new Eagles studio album that has been in the works since 2003 will be out before summer, according to principal member Don Henley. "Sometime in the next 60-90 days," Henley tells Billboard of when to expect the as-yet-untitled disc. "We want to get it out before the summer. We've had a few interruptions. We've had a few distractions. We've had several." | |

Yes, the new Shins has not impressed me much. Have not yet heard anything else on the upcoming list.

That Guns n Roses album has been rumored since as long as I can remember. I'm interested to see how good it is if it ever comes out.

Nope. My beef with Oasis is their albums seem to gradually get worse. I used to be a huge Oasis fan.

Woo hoo! New Radiohead. I love them. I have heard rumblings, but nothing concrete...we shall see if it comes out.
It should be interesting to see what direction they go in.

I also advice anyone who likes Radiohead, or anything in that same vein, to make sure that you have picked up Thom Yorke's solo album - Eraser. Great stuff.

UGH.. Of that whole list the only one that remotely interests me is Bad Brains... My gf will be very excited for that album. The rest make me cringe.....

No mention of the new Avril Lavigne album? I'm really disappointed here. It's bubblegum, but I love bubblegum.
