As Rick Ball pointed out, 3-1-1 road trip playing 5 games in 8 days. I'm extremely happy they pulled out the win on the second half of this back to back and closed out the road trip well to make it a successful one.

3-1-1 on a 5 game road trip with opponents like Boston and Tampa ain’t too shabby.
That Florida team looks like they’ve quit for the year. Too bad, as they have a lot of talent. Just goes to show that taking on the big name coach isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. And that Bobrovsky contract. Woof.

With Rittich struggling it’s nice to have another reliable goaltender. Talbot:
Great game throughout the roster, particularly Johnny and Gio. Really liking the new bottom pair as well.
